Donating furniture can be a convenient and altruistic way of getting rid of unwanted pieces. In San Diego, donated furniture is often sold at a thrift store to fund social service programs. In some cases, the furniture is given directly to someone in need. San Diegans who want to give away furniture can have it picked up from their home by several local charities. Does this Spark an idea?
